How Our Proven Fat Loss System got Started
Hi, my name is Doug Zucco, I’m the founder of Fast Fit Body Sculpting! People often ask me, “How did Fast Fit get started?” Let me share my story with you; I was the guy who worked out twice a day, ate right, and went out of my way to be healthy. I rarely missed a day at the gym, but despite all of my efforts to stay healthy, it was not enough.
A few years ago on October 2nd, 2014, I was working out at the gym, just like any normal day; but on this particular day when I left the gym, something tragic happened. I walked out into the parking lot, but I never made it to my car, instead I found myself waking up in a recovery room and the doctor telling me how lucky I was. I suffered the deadliest type of heart attack—a full blockage of the left descending artery, known as, the “Widow Maker”. Even though I had a six pack I still had a bulging belly.
I felt frustrated because I worked out very hard, ate right, and still had a belly. I decided I needed to do some more research and find a way to lose fat. I spent some time researching and investigating LED lights. With a lot of time, effort and great success, I helped develop a technology that can help people lose subcutaneous and lose visceral fat.
I knew that if I could make this fat loss system work on me then there was a pretty good chance that it could work on everyone. In short, this is how Fast Fit was born. I truly believe that this was a gift given to me to share with others. It is virtually the fountain of youth and an easy and effective way to lose body fat.

Visceral Fat Loss
Visceral fat is the deadly fat, it is found under your muscle, and close to your organs. This type of fat can’t be seen. This fat gets around your organs, on your heart, and even in your liver. It is the fat that is the root of all evil, it causes inflammation in the body and can cause serious diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and many more including anxiety and depression.

No Calorie Restriction
No Counting Calories
First of all, let’s discuss diets. By diet, I mean calorie restriction. To calorie restrict all you have to do is eat less calories. However, it is important to remember that your body needs nutrition, and if you’re not going to give it what it needs, it is going to take it from other parts of your body. Your muscles are very nutritious. They are mainly protein. When deprived of nutrition, your body will go catabolic and cannibalize your muscle.
As a result of this, you are going to lose muscle mass very rapidly. As your muscle mass decreases, so does your metabolism, and it becomes very easy for your body to store fat. Additionally, you will lose hydration and even bone mass. While we get very excited as the numbers on the scale are dropping, what we’re really doing is destroying our metabolism through the loss of muscle mass.
Diets are not sustainable, so when you return to your eating habits, you will probably gain back the muscle you lost. And remember that fat you stored? Now, we have even more fat than what we started with—hence the “yo-yo” effect. So don’t diet, they don’t work. Even if you ate perfectly you would maintain your body fat percentage. Not reduce – not increase – but stay the same. It takes movement to burn fat.
No Extreme Exercise!
Exercise can absolutely burn fat, but there are a couple of catches. First off, it takes about 25 minutes of exercise on an empty stomach before you begin burning fat. Meaning, if you haven’t eaten for 2 hours, and you go workout, you don’t start burning fat for almost half an hour. Since most people only exercise for 30 minutes, they really don’t burn much fat. At that point, not much is getting done to achieve the desired results.
Now, even if you worked out for an hour, you’ll burn fat for 35 minutes. But the next problem is, “What part of the body are we going to burn fat from?” It’s impossible to spot reduce fat with exercise. The human body usually chooses to burn fat from the least toxic areas first.
For women over the age of 35, this will be the face, breasts, and butt. With exercise, women usually don’t burn the more toxic fat which is located on the mid-section, hips, and thighs. For men over 35, this will be the face, arms, and legs. With exercise, men usually don’t burn the more toxic fat which is located on the belly. Bodybuilders with “bubble gut”.
